Monthly Subscriptions

Monthly subs will be available for purchase the first week of each month for those who have not already subscribed. They will ship out approximately the 3rd of each month, unless communicated otherwise.

The term for monthly subs is 12 months.  You can renew after that.  There is a 3 month minimum subscription.  After that, you can cancel at any time. 

You will be billed monthly on the same day you purchase your sub.  ie. If you order on Dec 1, you will be billed Jan 1st, Feb 1st, Mar 1st, etc.

You will be billed via Stripe as the payment gateway.

You can log into your account at anytime to update your information. ie. address, credit card number.

What is your current processing time?

We want you to get your happy mail as quickly as possible!

Our standard processing time is 3 weeks.  In most cases, our processing time is less than this. Please visit the home page banner for our current processing times.

Do you have a tracking number for my order?

All mail sent to the U.S. is shipping via USPS First-Class Mail.  Full tracking is included. You will be provided with a tracking number once your order as shipped. Canada and International Mail is shipped in untracked letter mail.

How long does shipping take?

2-4 business days delivery time for all U.S. mail.  Mail within Canada has a 5-7 business day delivery time.  International mail takes 6-12 weeks for delivery.

What type of sticker paper do you use?

We use high quality premium matte paper, which is luxurious buttery smooth and bright white, and can be used with most pens. Our designs are vibrant and high quality.

I haven't received my order.

Once your order has been shipped, we are not responsible for any lost mail. Contact your local post office with your tracking number.
